Iran film ‘Mothering’ appears on silver screen

Iranian movie ‘Mothering’ has replaced Majid Majidi’s ‘Beyond the Clouds’ in the Iranian cinemas.

Directed by Roqieh Tavakkoli, the movie replaced ‘Beyond the Clouds’ which was not ready for screening due to dubbing issues.

‘Mothering’ produced by Siavash Haqiqi, stars Nazanin Bayati, Hanieh Tavassoli and Melissa Zakeri.

The film is about two sisters one of whom deserted her lover while in the case of the other girl, the scenario is the other way around.

The social drama enjoyed its first screening at the main competition section of the 35th FFF.
